It's called electronbeam and it's defined in frameworks/base/services/surfa­ceflinger/SurfaceFlinger.cpp line 2453 (in gingerbread), the function is called: status_t SurfaceFlinger::electronBeamOn­AnimationImplLocked()

hola...mira, como instalaste las aplicaciones? a mi no me funcionan poniendo el apk en /system/app .....como las instalaste tu? explicame por favor...tambien tengo inslado el gingerbread....
