@Dragonheat13 I totally agree and too many videos with women already in extreme shape that are much younger. SAFETY is not stressed enough in most of these videos....I wonder how many injuries occur with people trying to do stuff at home and not having the awareness of their back, neck, etc..
The reality of menopause is that.many of us are struggling just to maintain our weight and curbing diets and working out and it doesn't happen that easily.

Great video. Now, I'd like to see how to deal with the high risk of tendonitis and painful joints during premenopause/perimenopause and menopause. It's so hard to find fun videos for older women, who aren't ready for rocking chairs.
