If you love to cook, you've probably gotten to know your stove pretty well: the time it takes to heat a pan; the nuances of the settings of your gas burner; the best ways to clean your cooktop. But how much do you know about its previous life, before it came to your kitchen?
If your range is a Thermador, its past life was pretty cushy. A leader in innovative products for nearly a century the Thermador Pro Range has a unique and rich history. Each and every range is hand-crafted by a team of engineers, designers, welders, and crafts people, ensuring the highest quality and a premium cooking experience.
The professionals at Thermador's LaFollette, Tennessee factory are committed to precision and excellence. Thermador Pro Ranges begin with a cast aluminum base, which guarantees stability and strength, and ensures that the range is perfectly square. Every component is built on-site from integrated stainless steel, which ensures a consistently matching grain on the entire range.
Once the luxurious pro ranges are built and wired, Thermador engineers perform, by hand, tests for wear and tear, lifetime reliability, and, most importantly, leaks. The leak testing goes above and beyond industry standards to guarantee that the range is as safe as it is beautiful and powerful. There's even a consumer scientist who tests the range's cooking performance, so that your own cooking experience is perfect from the get-go.
Ultimately, each individual Thermador Pro Range undergoes an 80-point quality assurance inspection before it's allowed to ship from the Tennessee facility. Thermador's strict shipping standards involve meticulous custom packing, so that each Pro Range is delivered in the same exquisite shape as it was in when it left the factory.
Clearly, Thermador takes pride in its products, from start to finish. Your cooking experience on a Thermador Pro Range will be just as superior as the care taken by Thermador professionals to produce a quality luxury range, just for you.
The next time you fire up a burner, ask yourself; where has my range been? If you're cooking on a Thermador Pro Range, you know that the answer is, "In good hands."
Thermador factory tour video is very well done, except at the very end when the plant manager is emphasizing the final labeling after passing quality checks, then the label is applied with their name and model information....the label is applied crooked, and with a big wrinkle. I think some creative film editing or a retake would have been in order?
