BMW 135i [HD]

I've been waiting for a reason to try out the 5D mkII video mode and the new car gives me a subject. It didn't turn out so well mainly because this is my first time trying to do something like this, but I'm uploading anyways to document it. Hopefully I'll get better at this video stuff. :)

Shot with 5d with a 24-70mm/2.8 and a 50mm/1.4. I couldn't for the life of me figure out how to lock the aperture in. That's why there's no beautiful shallow DOF anywhere in this video. I remember reading about the tricks to force the camera to work the way you want, but I guess I didn't remember correctly. I also was stuck editing with iMovie as I can't get these 1080p videos to playback in FCE.

Filming and editing was done by me. Car was driven by a friend. Music from the Ghosts album by NIN. Car is a 2009 BMW 135i with a Dinan Stage 2 software upgrade.
