Prisoners have traditionally been released on the likelihood of re offending. Many murderers, rapist, even child molesters are unlikely to re offend. It's those who violate our marijuana laws who will re offend the day they are release. A molested child? tell them to walk it off. But marijuana addiction has to be eradicated. We can now have marijuana prison even for those from other States! This is an opportunity. We'll soon have enough empty cells to lock up even the most casual user.
