Actor and environmental activist Ryan Reynolds had to learn a brand-new type of training for his role in "The Green Lantern": gymnastics. It didn't come easily at first, but eventually Ryan learned to enjoy the challenges of this demanding sport -- including mastering a standing back flip.   • Hello!, I just want to inform everybody that I have been and am still going through Ryan Reynold`s body training and dieting training for what he did for his movie role in this film, every single aspect and detail *EXCEPT FOR THE SHRINK WRAP EFFECT* and I just want to inform everybody that i would be more than willing to help any of you out!. I`m currently 3/5 months into the training and I HAVE TO SAY *I`m DEFINITELY impressed with my results physically / appearance of my body!*.....
