@bevanne12 Bill Withers is not a 'singer'...he is a 'stylist'. There is a huge difference. So when you say 'Best Singer' you've got to compare singers to singers. Phil Perry...SINGER, Stevie Wonder...SINGER Blll Withers,..STYLIST...Luther Vandross...STYLIST. What makes the difference? A singer has 'range' & the ability to riff... Listen to a Phil or Stevie, they have vast range of highs & lows & the ability to scale notes in short order. Not Bill, not Luther. Aretha: Singer...Sade: stylist.
