Actually i've been studying this particular subject. I have found that men / women put on and lose weight in the "last in, first out" pattern. Also men versus women put on fat in nearly and opposite pattern to each other. Men put on fat around the lower abs, then upper, then spreads to the extremeties. Women do it the opposite. So for a man to lose weight, his arms, legs, and face will be the first to lose visible fat.

Sorry, you cant control where the fat comes off when you lose weight. If you want to have ripped abs, the fat comes off the face too making it thinner.

i wish i was strong right now =(

strong is a relative term. Workout today and you will be stronger next week. Repeat that workout all year long and you will be much stronger. Just take it one day at a time and make a little progress daily.

I'm 49 years old. I weigh 252lbs. My ideal weight is 210lbs. I am out of condition haven't exercised for many a year. I am medically OK to take up exercise without restriction. Can I achieve a body like yours or even close before I die!!!!!!!!!!

Hey 64ironman,
That is a very good question and the answer is maybe, maybe not. You will workout religiously for about 5 years to find out, either way, you win. Everyone can get in *better* shape, not everyone can look like Arnold. Just losing the fat to show off your 6-pack abs will make an amazing difference, you can definitely achieve that! The question is, how much muscle can you add. My guess is that by the time you get 6-pack abs you will feel like a teenager again anyway :)
