A Friend gave me this CD called Ayahusca, very trance. Great to hoop to. I was enjoying myself so much dancing to it that I filmed myself (surely not Sharna! :-) ) Lots of big mistakes but who cares I was really really enjoying myself

OK, what do you call this thing that you do? It is not hula hooping. Humans hula hoop. You are not human are you. You even hula hooped off of the christmas tree a couple of times.
