One of the best exercises to develop a strong core and prevent back injury. Place the ball closer to the feet to make the exercise harder, or closer to the hips to make the exercise easier. Arms must end up by the ears as seen in the video, and keep spine in neutral position, not allowing lower back to sit in. Exercise can also be perform with posterior pelvic tilt to prevent hip sag and low back pain.
