  • come on... get the weight up, Freshman do this shit.... after every workout drink milk/peanut butter if you cant affored expensive protein bars or shakes

  • Revsta is correct, your knees are a little bit too far forward. Congrats on the PR, but drop the weight a little and work on your form, it'll pay off in the long run.
