  • well if your mad as hell at your boss and coworkers, and you go and try to buy a gun because your gonna turn right around and go kill them, well a waiting period in this case would be good.Because after you sleep on it a few days you may begin to change your mind and after a week you already have a better job, in this case a waiting period is good. Guns are so contraversial, they can do good and evil things in the hands of people,==GILLY

  • I have mixed feelings on this. Having to wait for a week or 14 days seems reasonable in case a person was buying a gun in emotional passion of suicidal feelings or murderous feelings. But then again, should the rest of us be pre-judged for that? Also, I heard about a background check being considered for mental health, after the VA Tech shootings. I am treated for bi-polar and have never been a danger to someone. Does that mean they would not let me buy a gun?
