    You can get under the fence without the fence actually breaking. If the cop car had actually followed the supposedly ghost car, it could've gone under.

    Oh and about that "energy field" around the car, may I also point out that there's an energy field around EVERYTHING in this video BECAUSE IT'S BLURRY.

    @MrRowify thats not the point lol. Did the "ghost car" go through that fence? No it went way before that. The cop could of been lazy to chase em. But that side of the fence has nothing to do with what they claim happened
