  • If I hadn't covered myself on a beautiful summer day's ride home from work two years ago I wouldn't be here. An SUV left crossed me and according to the witness I flew into the air before crashing to earth. My body was broken but considering I landed on my head and handlebars if I had been riding naked I wouldn't be typing this right now. Don't ride naked... cover your noggin.

  • @CORiverRat Thank you so much for sharing your story. My ski helmet saved my life and I am equally passionate about helmet safety!

  • I'm 19 years old and I always wear my helmet when riding. I love life too much to risk it on something as ridiculous as not wearing a helmet... It helps that I've got TW's "wild thing" too.

  • @BrennanFoo Glad you're enjoying your Wild Thing helmet cover!

  • great video to get ppl's attention! You should use it to help promote brain injury awareness!!!

  • @mrshappythots It's my goal in life: keep driving home the message about the importance of helmet safety! Thanks for posting your comment.

  • How on earth did you get a girl wearing canada goose to spit coffee like that. You Go ! You are making a real difference!

  • I agree wearing a helmet can be beneficial, but don't be mislead the Motor Vehicle industry lobbies for cyclists wearing helmets. Yes, there is a problem with road trauma, but how does a tiny amount of styrofoam wrapped around your head fix the real issue?

Infrastructure, for cycling safety is needed not helmets.

This is projecting the problem onto the victim. Use some logic, and not emotion.

    Copenhagenize your cities.

  • @CORiverRat Thank goodness for your safety helmet. It's people like you who inspire me to keep promoting helmet safety! Thanks for sharing your story.
