let's do the math thing... if +5 is plus to -5 will end up to 0.... a negative matter will only explode if it reach its equal substance... The + is the matter and - is the antimatter then the 0 is the explosion coz 0 matter doesn't exist... this is my simple theory to explain my opinion...

That's extremely wrong. Anti matter is matter with an opposite elecrtical charge, but identical mass (as well as an opposite angular momentum, among other things). A positron is an electron with a positive (instead of negative) charge. The two attract eachother and neutralize, which destroys both particles and creates "energy" (photons which contain enough energy among them to equal the mass and energy of the positron and electron).

Well,here is the "common sense" explanation:

If I say "Eat!" I am encouraging you to eat (positive), but if I say "do not eat!" I am saying the opposite (negative).

Now if I say "Do NOT not eat", I am saying I don't want you to starve, so I am back to saying "Eat!".

So, two negatives make a positive, by standard logic.

@ralphtalkin14 you almost got it right, it just needs a little "extension" - when the 0 matter is formed, there is actually no 0 matter - the +5 and -5 matter turn into energy, because we all know that nothing in the universe is lost, it just changes form. That's why the +5 and -5 turn not to 0, but to a HELL OF A BIG amount of energy. And the exact amount you can calculate form Einstein's equations. :)
