http://www.fairfieldfitbodybootcamp. - Here is a Connecticut Boot Camp Workout!

1) Burpees Feet Outside - Lower yourself down onto your hands, then kick both legs out behind you, and quickly bring them back in and bring your feet up and outside your hands. Stand up and repeat

2) Lateral Lunge Holds - Step one leg out to the side. Drop your hips back, slightly bring your shoulders forward and squat down on that one leg. THe other leg stays straight. Now just hold that position. Halfway, switch to the other leg.

3) Seated Knee Extensions - SIt on your butt with your hands resting on the floor. Slowly extend both feet out in front of you (holding them off the floor) and then bring your knees to your chest. Then extend them out again. Continue moving your legs in and out

4) Push Up Shift - Perform a push up and then slide over by moving your hands and feet. Perform another full push up and slide back to the original position

5) Wide Leg Superman - Lie on your stomach with your feet wide and arms out straight. Slowly lift your shoulders up off the floor and lower back down. Repeat

Finsisher

1) Lunge Hold - Get into the lunge position (kneeling position with your back knee a few inches off the floor) and just hold it. Same leg the whole time. Remember which leg you are on

2) Push Up Jacks  - Start on Hands in the push up position and kick your feet out to the side and bring them back in.

3) Single Leg Side Hop - start on one foot and hold the other one up. Then hop over and land on the other leg while bringing the opposite knee up. Then hop back

4) Push up Jack - Start on Hands in the push up position and kick your feet out to the side and bring them back in.

5) Lunge Hold - Get into the lunge position (kneeling position with your back knee a few inches off the floor) and just hold it. Same leg the whole time. Opposite leg from the first time
