@dreborn53 from Tales of Destiny, off the top would be Leon/Lion. Tales of Legendia had a moment in game where Chloe tried to betray the team. Zelos from Tales of Symphonia betrayed the team in order to see which side truly was to side on. And a lot of characters from Tales of Rebirth went berserk from the powers they had. The list goes on.

@TheGuyWithTheSpoon They're different people. I suspect part of the goofy aspects and "aching bones" etc. are to show a facade he's comfortable with. Then again, I could easily be putting too much meaning into some of the games comic relief, buuuuuuuut...

@YinYangWolf still, he's not that old. inToS:DotNW, Regal's as old as Raven, and you don't hear him complaining about his "aching bones", or his "old age."

@TheGuyWithTheSpoon Well, by RPG-standards, he's a bona fide veteran. Hell, most games it's the teenagers that save the world, if not children. That's no reason to cut him any slack though, old people don't necessarily deserve special treatment just because they're old.
