@Sp33t87 you can start fairly young 3 months. Start tug-of-war with your pup with what your going to use with her/him to open the fridge door. Rope, dish towel, etc. Next attach it to fridge door & still play tug-of-war till she can pull it open. Then i put a treat on the bottom shelf & when she would pull the door open i would show her the treat & let her retrieve it, The pup then puts 1&2 together.. ( Open door get treat)

I love how she realy appears to listen and understand...especially when you called her a good dog. and when she gives you the beer she looks as it as if she's thinking "i'm glad I got you this but what's so special about it?"
