The guy doing the commentating doesnt really know about boxing. The shots he was calling were daft. Its a crappy technique anyway. You just cant call every shot for someone else esp if you throw 200 punches a round...

@PJ3love Of course you can...that's discipline. Boxing is not about smashing the bag and going crazy, its about being disciplined in many ways.

Ha ha ha! We laughed about it after we did it but we had a great time filming it. The reason we did this was for some Audio Workouts I was creating so they were never actually meant to be for the viewing of thousands of people! Once I had taken the audio from the camera, I thought they would be good for You Tube, even if Wayne is walking in front of the camera... :)

hey dude, remember distance between u and the bag u're to close, and in a boxing match they kill ya in that distance. Nice video and nice technique :) KEEP IT UP

These videos are not bad, but it's difficult for me to understand how someone can learn boxing without step in the ring and get hit sometimes to get the essence of the game. Your brain can't process those information just by watching a video. You must put everything you learn in front of an opponent.
