Making a response to all the older comments, it really isn't hard to get all the zoni and gold bolts. I mean come on! I have platinum trophy and everything in the game. Go to Agorian Battleplex and due Raritanium tournament. You will eventually get treasure mapper and then you can press SELECT and view all moons and planets and it tells you what you need to find. On the planet it will also show you the locations. It's really easy! Same goes for Constructo Mods.

Did you find a way to get into the control tower in the present after discovering Orvus? There's a ledge to the left of it with a vine you jump right onto when you grind. If you can get to that ledge you can get to the door. I tried hoverbooting to the vines but kept falling off.
