Sonic Challenge #1 - Water Aerobics

I decided to do my own Sonic challenge series. I come up with the challenges, but you can also give some to me. I only do them if they are hard enough.

My first challenge:
Get Knuckles through "Labyrinth Zone act 1" in Sonic 1 using only the jump button. Only no Debug mode.

EDIT: The next challenge will always be sent as a video response to the previous one.
