With you mate, keep going! Know what you mean about the heartburn. Decided nearly a week ago to stop taking any nicotine replacement products. Rough few days but starting to settle back in to the swing of it again. Currently on Week 6 without any cigarettes.

@TheZx64 This is my fourth attempt at giving up in 20 years, I failed miserably each time. This is the longest I have been without a cigarette in 32 years. I have tried going cold turkey but got some real bad withdrawal symptoms, panic attacks, sweating and very aggressive. I am going to give chapix one more week then wean myself off. Congrats on managing 6 weeks, I will be over the moon if I make one week.

@dylandebbiesteph Good luck, make sure you get some munchies in. Carrot sticks are good, I never realised how bad my oral habit was. That’s why I got the e-cigarette to give my hands and mouth something to do.
