whats up with your posture??? i seen it used before and ive tried it and it makes the pushing part of the bench a lot easier but it wasnt allowed when i maxed out.
@gh4pwner Using an arch shortens the distance you have to press the bar to lock-out. For me it also seems that it is easier to tuck the elbows and to stay in a tighter groove throughout the lift.

Dennis is using an arch which is allowed as long as your butt remains on the bench.
