The Visual Studio 2010 Scrum 1.0 is a new Team Foundation Server process template that enacts Scrum. Scrum is an iterative, incremental framework for project management and agile software development. This template was designed from the ground up specifically for Scrum teams, including work items and reports that map 1:1 with Scrum. In this webcast we'll put the new process template to work, using it to manage a software product's development including release and Sprint planning as well as managing a Sprint.
Great video from Richard. I enjoyed watching it and listening to his voice and learning at the same time. He was very clear and gave great examples about using Scrum. As a Java developer I was just interested to see how Scrum is integrated in Visual Studio and how it is used in such environment. I did not expect to watch the whole video but I was surprised at the way this presentation was given and ended up watching the whole thing. Thumbs up for this great presentation!
