Hi, I'm wondering if I can transfer files, or users files from my instrument to pc. ( I have PSR 403 YAMAHA)

even though he has a mac sitting on the desk next to the keyboard, there is no mention of how to actually transfer sounds from my keyboard to my mac. The only explanation was that "mac users need to fin an alternative way to transfer files." This is BS!

I have a Yamaha PSR e 423 , and it has a usb cable to pc...... no pen drive slot!!!!
I connected the USB to my PC , installed driver , and opened MUSICSOFT DOWNLOADER to transfer files, but i am not able to move songs!!!! or anything to my keyboard
PLEASE HELP ME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
