@Iaolia456 It is what I understood, however, explain the steps because I do not know to use photoshop very well.

@PansageCristian Actually I used Photoshop CS3 only for cropping and deleting the images' background. The rest is in Flash. If you want to know how to get the white background out and make it transparent for animating just use a magic wand, pen tool or some selection tool to make a selection of the background and simply delete it.
