I am back on the wagon. I did a quick 3 day master cleanse to clean all this off. today is day 3. I feel so much better. i do not know what possess me to eat all this sugar, fries and meat. Oh my...oh well... this was a good lesson...i got a cold out of it and feeling yucky. but what a fun weekend and great meeting you in person, as well as you husband. wonderful couple!
