Although she sings well, I don't think Hallenberg is the most adecquate voice for Cornelia. Cornelia is believed to have a darker voice. Hallenberg is more a Sesto...

@asisecanta pardonnez le français... c'est vrai, l'habitude veut cela. Cependant, il commence à bien faire de devoir établir des canons de beauté en fonction des habitudes d'écoute établies par le disque. Si Ann Hallenberg est convaincante alors pourquoi ne pourrait-elle pas chanter ce rôle malgré une voix plus claire qu'à l'accoutumé ?
