$450 is alot but if its modded its probably a worth the extra, but depends if you want to go online or not, if you go online with a modded xbox you will be banned from online forever and could face some sort of legal action (depending on the mod)
but if you stay offline it is very unlikely there will be any consequences

Ok, im sorry, but it wasnt meant to be serious, ok and if you actually watch the first part of the video i explain what i am doing and it doesnt say BASE jump in there anywhere, its only in the title and people lie in their titles a lot

one i hate is that the developers went overboard with the sun effects, on the ps2 version the effects are to much to cover up the bad graphics though it the same on the 360 the graphics are still ok. :l

ye, i played this on a 360 and thought the same, it doesnt happen much on pc though, thats just my rubbish camera :)
