@andrewborry I know you dont have to resort to crime, but unfortunately it is often the easiest route out of poverty, hence why there is more crime in poorer areas. It's not just black people who do it either, it happens all over the world. Unfortunately the education offered in poverty ridden areas is of too poor a standard for the majority of children to see its benefits. They want immediate money rather than going through education and not even being guaranteed a job at the end of it.
