The road goes uphill for about 200yds into a tight square left which is also a bit tricky.
It's just down the hill from the 'Moor Top' spectator carpark

Hi zac. What kind of info are you after? Are you a member of a motor club? Regarding the car, few mods are needed to compete on a road rally so you could do this at little cost.
