or does quality of service matter does having a skilled terp matter? yes it does im not saying sorenson is the top i happen to have SEVERAL friends that work for diff VRS companies and they ROCK the terping world... To bad mouth sorenson and say people who use the service are "gulliable" is totally insulting! Sorenson is a top VRS company yes that is true but sorenson invented the equipment that started the VRS industry... Viable CHARGED people for a Videophone! and their VP's suck!

Ridor. Even if Viable is totally deaf owned, can you make sure that the interpreting agencies they outsource are also deaf owned? And also, can you find out how much Viable gets per minute after getting a percentage of what their afiliate bills the FCC NECA fund? For example, is CAC totally deaf owned and does CAC keep $6 and give viable 50 cents per minute ? Just thinking out loud.

by the way and often intepreter alot of cut offs. That doesn't even make sense. I have other people I knew tried sorenson and couldn't understand and refused to use a bad language and skipped several sentences out. I knew the other end of the person's way wasn't the same as what the interpreter had said in sign.

I am sure they are pissed as well. I am sure they are doing the best they can to get everything back in track. If it wasn't for either Texas or Florida problems. I am sure Viable will be in Good Standing. I can see why FCC had decided to held up the funds for investation.
