exactly! form.. that's the key word.. i was just saying that Shelly technique is so well rounded.. she don't make any mistakes in her race.. her rhythm, all her phases, her balance and upper body movement are extraordinary.. if i was teaching sprinters i would show them her form..
kerron have more raw power, but not the same technical efficiency..
