Sorry, bunky, but our entire justice system functions based on the Constitution, not some book by some random nutbag.
So again, yes, the government does have a RIGHT to tax the people under Article One, Section Eight.

No, actually its not. That's the point of the people who oppose "reform." The situation we have today was created by the govt. in bed with the insurance companies and lawyers. More control is not needed to give everyone access to health care. In fact that's what got us into this mess...The govt. passing laws that pretty much allow the insurance companies to do what they want. Why not repeal that shit first and see what happens?
