  • Are you still Currently using this bag? because i'm trying to find a good punching bag that wont wear out fast.

  • @99WoodcutterN33b this bag is already destroyed, look at my videos of the title liquishock bag, that bag still working!

  • you shouldn't have wasted your money on the heavy bag stand ! Invest in boxing lessons

  • @philndave And you shouldnt have wasted your time writing this comment!

  • @emkplayboy6 ......Just stating a fact...your skills are below average. Find some one who has experience and pick their brains ...no insulted intended..just commenting honestly...you do hit hard..and with some technical advice you would hit harder and faster....its just as easy to execute properly than improperly

  • @philndave thisvideo is old & I was hitting the bag to get a cardio workout mot so much for boxing, ill post some new video soon here, thanks for the advice, so you have videos of training?

  • as a fighter, you're very good singer...

  • @emkplayboy6 ...I don't have any videos...but I did have some fights (amateur) and was instructed with the basics...and believe me..hands up, chin down, throw your punches straight, goes a long way. you get a great cardio work out. Not because I'm an authority..I'm not..I learned by my mistakes and was lucky to have a pro show me the proper technique. Keep training..!!!!

  • Are you pretending to parry someones punches or something?
