This is one of the oldest eyeshadow techniques but still the best (in my opinion). This technique allows you to extend your eyeshadow out - without fear - and blend to a completely natural or dramatic look as you want.

This is also a great way to apply eyeshadow to mature eyes - and wonderful for hood and almond/asian eyes as it defines them without screaming "i've tried to draw in a crease".

A little bit of loose face powder will let you blend blend blend the edges without ruining your work. Its a little secret that very few people know of.
