  • From what I've learned, if you're eating right and exercising then your hair will be as healthy as it can be. Take care of your WHOLE body from the inside out and your hair will definitely follow :)

  • I love this video also. I have noticed when I was pregnant and WAS eating healthy that my hair was growing very healthy, long and wasn't weak and it also didn't have a lot of breakage, but I did a BC for my babyshower and permed it in June which I so regret. So here I am a newly natural starting my journey once again.
