For a Wii game, the car models are actually really nice.
Overall quality of the textures and shadows on the environment is good too.
It's too bad they had to go and make a terrible game anyway. I would imagine they might have just purchased a pack of pre-modeled cars from some guy selling them online, and done a hack job with the programming, like they always do.

If you consider broken framerates, poor collision detection, awful controls, weak graphics, and terrible use of Havok fun, then it is fun.

Its impossible to steer in this game. I cant beat the other cars. And the in game music is monotonous.
