Ok, since the vietnam war ended in 1975, many viet refugees around the world reject communist vietnamese or anything that related to communism. Prime minister phan van khai is a communist who represent the vietnamese communist regime to spread out propaganda to the world about vietnam. So many viet wanted the world community to see the true faces of these communist representatives.
