Yeah finished last Wed', it was brilliant and I think I might have a gig in The Robin Hood Inn, cos I had my guitar strapped to my back and played in a few pubs along the way. Th R.H. seemed to like my style and promised to get me back.
Once again thanks for giving me a bit insight into what I was getting my self involved in.
If you hear of any half decent bikes for sale I'd appreciate a shout.

@mungomunro1 Sorry about the late reply. thanks for the comments. Hope your ride went well. Just finished the C2C the other way, video to follow. If you like a challenge follow the coast to Whitby then over the moors to Pickering. SSS to Whitby is about 80 miles.
