easy way to make a gasket? i think not...... smear grease on the part you wana make the gasket for, press it onto some cardboard or gasket material and cut it out.......no patterning required....

A lot of gaskets are made from blueprints only. In that case, this is a great way to make 1 or several gaskets. Grease will work BTW, but is incompatable with some materials and is very dangerous to use around oxygen!

yea fair enough.....but it's still not the "worlds easiest way to make gaskets"..... it's "a way to make custom gaskets".......looks like a pain in the ass to me.....
