whats oil pulling?

oil pulling is when u put about a tablespoon of oil(sesame,coconut,saffire)no olive oil heard it turns teeth yellow, anyway u put this oil in your mouth and squish it around for 15-20 mins then spit it out and rinse your mouth,it brightens your teeth,removes toxins,heals alot of problems,so i have heard,alot of folks swear by it

6 pounds is awesome , your gonna do great! and if you can't stick with atkins try weight watchers cause i know atkins is real hard or the south beach is good it, it slowly introduces carb's into your diet stage one which is 2 weeks you eat no carbs then it introduces fruits and some carbs goodluck to you again and congrat's on the 6 pounds !
