@TomThumbsBlues1965 It was released on January 1966 and reached no.17.Only spent 5 weeks in the U.K charts and never got much air play.But not this version.

Check out Hendrix's Live at the BBC cover of this under appreciated gem.
This song was the one that Dylan played for Phil Ochs in a car and then threw him out of it after Ochs disapproved of it. Perhaps the edgier single version where Dylan shouts at the end "you've gotta a lot of nerve to say you are my friend" was directed at Ochs.
