I am so inspired by you Steve!! Congratulations on all your losses so far. I have 90lbs to lose, and will start my hcg very soon. I love what you are doing with the message board too....you'll see me on there soon :-) Keep up the hard work. As far as exercise, I think simple push ups and situps will set you up nice for when you reach your goal! you already lookin way cute

Thanks, your doctors are just clueless because they were never taught anything other than what the pharmaceutical corporations wanted them to learn. Big Pharma is all about the money! That's why they only teach doctors to prescribe medication, but people need education, not medication.
