"Leaving Las Vegas" In Class Final Adaptation

For my final Advanced Cinema Production: Directing project I had 30 minutes to set-up, direct and film scene 87 from the Leaving Las Vegas Script.

Why is he happy that he got an empty glass bottle that once contained an alcoholic beverage.

@SABRENOSE lol very true. The prop/gift was supposed to be a flask, but I couldn't find it the day of the shoot. So I used an empty bottle obviously and it doesn't really work all that great -- but it's a good laugh.

@Spikeman2007 Fair enough I figured that was the reason but I wasn't sure if there was some weird artistic decision for the prop
