Garou MOTW good match: Terry vs Gato

This is another one from the 4 videos where I've seen the best level of playing in Garou MOTW. Check my profile to see the other 3.

BTW, there are rumors that these Garou videos were made slowing down the game, using save states (to repeat something until they got it) and things like that in order to make them look good. It would make sense, because the combos, JDs and other things seen in the videos are really hard to do, but that doesn't mean that they can't be done in regular play (you would just need really good execution and timing :P).

Naah my friend plays similar to how they play. It's not fake it's just a really good match between really good players. Thats why it seems fake.

I agree with some of what you say, but in Garou many character have alot of time to hit confirm supers: Gato's close s.D (spammed constantly) into super and Butt's forward s.A (overhead) into just about anything. Crouching A X2 into super works for most of the characters and that gives you tons of time to bust a super.

I don't see how people can't understand that with a lot of practice this level of play is achievable. Search JaimeDL, he puts up some tournaments from japanese arcades where you can see this level of play in every match with almost all characters.

Also, both Gato's qcb+D (or B) cancels (even couple in a row) and Terry's C cancel pressure are doable, I see no staging here. People are just not used to see this amount of skill :)

I remember trying for at least an hour straight to connect Terry's 3 standing Cs feint canceled combo to put it in a combo video (it's here on youtube somewhere). And this guy is doing that consistently in a real match.

I don't know if this is legit or not, and I don't really care 'cause it's an amazing spectacle nevertheless.

@AegisNeglector Haha, you can even beast with Freeman, there is NO other way i'd main the lowest tier like that, I love me some 3rd strike but garou is one of the most bad as fuck fighters ever made.
