Virgin America's Google Maps: Are we there yet?

With Google Maps on Red™, Virgin America's Inflight Entertainment system, you can locate where you are, how far you are from your destination and how much time is remaining in the flight -- and pan and zoom your destination at eight different levels. So, forget your itinerary: there is a map button at every seat right on your own touch-screen seatback monitor. You can still ask questions to other passengers via the in-seat chat feature, just no need to ask "are we there yet?"
