@pichulick This is 3 years old and rendered by students.. Blender can do so much better than this (and it can definitely compete with 3ds Max and Maya today..)
There's some awesome renders out there on the web..

Lame if u will use 3ds max the rendeing will be a lod better. i watched some pics with some interiors i didn't knew witch one is real....

Pues si la lluvia es chunguisima sobretodo el efecto del sonido pero bueno no encontramos nada más por poner y si poniamos más lluvia el render,...Un edificio si de un tutorial de la web ya q no teniamos idea del blender y solo esta hecho un edificio del ttorial pq el otro ya te digo q no jajaj venga a cuidarse
