@pickersplayspop Well hello yamaha fanboy...

@jawsrock1 You're right. Behringer makes semi reliable gear, some of the time, but a built in power supply is never a good sign. Look at the Marshall MG, worst practice amp available, built in power supply, and general lack of quality all around.

@huskyvanna254 Also, it's often bad to have a built-in power supply in a low end desk like this because the manufacturer often doesn't insulate it from the rest of the internal components, so you get more noise. External is completely isolated. You are right also though.

behringer is awful gear.

how do i hook this up 2 my pc

do not buy this, this was a major let down,save your money! the reason why i say do not buy it because it struggles to get a decent signal,also the eq is poor and if anything ruins whatever sound you put through it. i suppose it would be good for a beginner just for learning how to route or bus etc,but this desk is not worth the effort for the people who really care for getting a decent sound.

The only thing about an internal power supply is if it packs up, tho whole desk has go away for the power supply to be repaired... at least if you have bought your desk fairly local he can supply you with a spare power supply if you have an external power supply type desk,, while your origanal supply is being repaired...therfore give me a external p.s.u anyday. p.s behringer power supplys do go wrong i have experenced it myself
@12ealDeal We have a Behringer SX3242 and a Yamaha MG32/14FX, I would have to say.... The Behringer SX Series has far supassen my expectation.
The Built in Power Supply is actually less of a hassle than the External. And I see better quality with the Behringer.

built in power supply means if you burn it out you buy a new board instead of just a p/s. I like behringer but the new p/s idea is rubbish.
