How to apply eyeliner and lipgloss using Adobe Photoshop

Step-by-Step Tutorial on how to apply eyeliner and lipgloss using Adobe Photoshop. I have CS4, but this should be no different than any other edition.

When it comes to the right click eyeliner layer mine dosnt say blending mix on the options D:

go to filter then go to blur.. then gausiann blur and it makes eyeliner and eyeshadow more realistic it gets rid of the hard edges .. =]

how do u make the lip gloss shiny? and also how do u make the skin glow...u know when u look at professional headshots..the skin is very shiny and glowing and smooth...how do u do that? and make the pupils shiny and stand out.
